{Pretty little lobby at Los Amantes in Oaxaca}
Okay, so I haven’t posted in a while. Life gets crazy, you get busy, I’d much rather be outside enjoying my life than stuck inside writing about it. I also write and edit all day for my job, so most days the last thing I want to do with my evenings is sit in front of a screen and write. But all sorts of things have been going on, and I’ve been working on some interesting writing and research projects – just nothing I’m ready to share quite yet.
We only have a little under 2 weeks left before our migration north for the spring, so we’re busy trying to eat all the things and do all the things before we lock the front door and head out. In the meantime, Oaxaca has been beautiful and inspiring – and on occasion chock full of tourists. Here are a few photos from the past week – a mini time capsule of Oaxaca – full of politics, good food, street art, and pretty little vignettes.
